• this is really a Five Star property but the constant heavy cigarette smoking on the 'non smoking floor' makes the place extremely undesirable for life long non smoker like me. i requested to change room and the management was very courteous and helpful but after 2 room changes the smoking around me continues. seems this is a recurring problem not just with this hotel but also all over China as heavy smoking, 24/7 seems to be a norm. i also learned that Non Smoking policy is generally not enforced, not surprisingly, i noted EVERY room on the Non Smoking Floor is provided with an ashtray. -:) again, fantastic property if you are a smoker. if not, avoid.Deluxe Queen Room
